Refund Policy

At CPA Credits, we strive to provide flexible options for our students. Our refund policy is outlined below to ensure clarity regarding withdrawals and refunds:

• Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: If a student withdraws before the course begins, they are entitled to a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.

• Withdrawal Within 7 Days of Course Start: If a student withdraws within 7 days of the course start date and has not completed any assignments, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.

• Withdrawal Within 14 Days of Course Start: If a student withdraws within 14 days of the course start date and has not completed any assignments, they are eligible for a full refund, minus a $150 processing fee.

• After 14 Days or Assignment Completion: No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 14 days from the course start date or if the student has completed any assignments, whichever occurs first.

• Changing courses: Students can change courses up to 14 days as long as they have not done any assignments in the course.
