ACCT 304 Accounting Ethics – FLORIDA

This course meets is recognized for 3 credit hours by the Florida Board of Accountancy. 

This course examines ethical principles and professional responsibilities in accounting practice. Students learn to identify and resolve ethical dilemmas using established decision-making frameworks. Key topics include integrity, objectivity, independence, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance with AICPA, SEC, and Florida ethics rules.

The course combines ethical theory with practical application through case studies and real-world scenarios. This course is specifically designed for students that wish to obtain CPA licensure in the state of Florida.
